REACH – Silver, stainless steel and copper products
In accordance with the REACH declarations of the non-EU manufacturer, silver, stainless steel and copper products offered in the fusima.online are fully compliant with the relevant requirements of European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemicals.
Requirements of Article 33 of the REACH Regulation: Obligation to provide information on substances in articles.
None of the SVHC substances are present in stainless steel and/or copper products in concentrations equal to or exceeding 0.1% by weight.
Requirements of Articles 27, 23 and 63 of Annex XVII to the REACH Regulation
The products comply with the REACH Regulation, according to which SVHCs must not exceed the following limit.
